Where is our salt from?
Our salt originates from the salt pans of Sardinia, located within a natural regional park, recognized by the Ramsar convention as an area of international value for the rarity of its flora & fauna. The park’s ecosystem is, in fact, one of the most important sites in Europe for the migration, wintering and nesting of several aquatic bird species, amongst which the well-known pink flamingo.
